Mefilma

Meghalaya Film Makers Association (MefilMA) is a registered organization registered under the Society Registration Act 1860 since 2010. Its members comprise filmmakers and producers from the State of Meghalaya. Association founder president Commander Shangpliang continues to be the president of the Association. The general secretary of the Association is Ms Lucky D Kharsati. The Association is managed by its executive committee members.

One of the most important events in its annual calendar is its Foundation Day on June 18 wherein all those associated with films are invited to interact and discuss the issues and trends of cinema in Meghalaya, in particular, and global, in general.
